NOX VFX seeks an experienced Compositing Department Supervisor to direct episodic projects. With at least 7 years of comp experience, including 2 years in a leadership role, you’ll ensure high-quality output, mentor talent, and actively participate in complex shots. Your knowledge of Nuke and photographic techniques will be vital in achieving seamless integration between CG and live-action.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and support the compositing team daily • Oversee 2D workflows for quality and consistency • Collaborate with VFX Supervisors on shot planning • Identify and resolve pipeline bottlenecks proactively • Contribute hands-on expertise to complex shots
Requirements: • 7+ years of compositing experience; 2+ years in a lead role • Proficiency in Nuke for compositing workflows • Robust understanding of camera optics and lighting • Ability to provide constructive feedback • Experience with ShotGrid or similar tools
