Your day-to-day role
Provide personalized support and build strong, trust-based relationships with clients ;
Understand client needs to offer tailored insurance solutions ;
Contribute to client retention and long-term loyalty ;
Ensure efficient service for policy changes and renewals ;
Identify opportunities to expand your book of business ;
Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive work environment ;

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a personality, not just a résumé:
Certified Personal Lines Damage Insurance Broker (valid AMF license required) ;
Strong listening skills to properly assess client needs ;




Solid understanding of the personal lines insurance market ;
Comfortable with industry tools (major asset): insurer portals, Applied Tarif Expert, Applied EPIC, etc ;
Bilingual (French & English) - robust asset.
