Post-secondary education with at least 5 years of foodservice or related management experience in an equivalent, high-volume retail food service workplace. Experience managing a large team of associates and managers is a must.Experience in Remote sitesProven financial management skills,



including ability to control product and labour costs and analyze information.Experience working with high volume operations with multiple food concepts.Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the food service industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent client relationship and communication skills in FrenchExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and WordKnowledge of any POS System is an asset
