Key Responsibilities:
Lead compliance advisory and oversight for Wealth Management operations
Develop and maintain the firm's compliance program effectiveness




Conduct risk assessments and oversee remediation plans
Liaise with regulatory bodies during audits and examinations
Provide compliance guidance on current products and client solutions

Requirements:
10+ years in compliance within wealth management
5+ years in a leadership role
Solid knowledge of securities regulation
Experience managing regulatory interactions
Completion of CSC and CPH required
