You will be responsible for sorting, sizing, and racking donated items, supervising students and volunteers, and ensuring respectful interactions with donors. Your role emphasizes health and safety compliance, contributing to a positive impact on individuals facing challenges such as poverty and homelessness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and rack clothing, household items, and food donations
• Supervise and motivate students and volunteers in the program
• Interact with donors respectfully and graciously




• Demonstrate Good Shepherd's values in daily activities
• Participate in health and safety initiatives and compliance
Requirements:
• Commitment to the mission and values of Good Shepherd
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Certification in Mental Health First Aid and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
