Breakthrough Academy is hiring a People & Culture Specialist for an 18-month fixed-term maternity leave contract in Canada. You will partner with leaders and teams to enhance onboarding, performance conversations, compensation, culture, and employee experiences.

You will manage day-to-day People & Culture operations, support HRIS administration (BambooHR), and drive practical, thoughtful people processes aligned with our high-growth workplace.
