Foundation Health seeks a compassionate Geriatrician to provide specialized care for older adults. This role requires conducting comprehensive geriatric assessments, diagnosing complex medical conditions, and developing tailored treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive geriatric assessments for elderly patients
Diagnose and manage medical, cognitive, and functional issues

Requirements:
MD degree in Geriatric Medicine
Certification from Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
Licensure with College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
Robust clinical and communication skills
Experience in interdisciplinary healthcare environments preferred
