• Manage end-to-end claims, including towing and repairs
• Provide timely updates and guidance to customers




• Gather and assess information to support claim decisions
• Partner with repair shops and rental providers for efficient service
Requirements:
• 2+ years of auto claims adjusting experience preferred
• Robust customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads
• Post-secondary education is an asset
• Progress toward or completion of CIP designation is a plus
