Tim Hortons is seeking a Business Analyst for a 12-month contract to support an operational platform used by field and HQ staff for timely safety and service decisions. The role focuses on enhancements, integrations, reporting, user adoption, and retirement of older apps.

You will document processes, elicit requirements, and work in an Agile setting to ensure successful delivery with stakeholder Buy-in. This is a remote role based in BC.
