IWK Health in Halifax is seeking a Clinical Leader Development for the Prenatal Care Team and Adult Surgery Inpatient Unit. The RN will lead career development, mentor staff, and implement education strategies to improve outcomes.

The role focuses on teaching, credentialing, and a peer-based mentoring process with emphasis on recent staff and interdisciplinary collaboration. Hours are Monday to Friday, 0800–1600, with adaptable competencies and leadership duties.
