In this non-exempt role, you will directly impact our customers by ensuring clean mats and other products are ready for delivery. Essential tasks include rolling and sorting mats, operating forklifts, and maintaining efficiency and safety standards.

This position requires attention to detail and physical strength to handle loads up to 60 pounds.

Key Responsibilities:
Transfer and roll clean mats for delivery
Inspect product quality before processing
Sort and load mats into carts for shipping
Operate forklift and move carts in production area
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

Requirements:
Ability to recognize colors and sizes accurately
Perform physical tasks throughout entire shifts
Follow instructions from supervision precisely
