This is a hands-on leadership position within a business of approximately 75–110 employees depending on the growing season.You will be responsible for:Month-end close, reconciliations and financial reportingWeekly management reporting, variance analysis and forecastingA/R, A/P, payroll, inventory accounting and purchasing controlsMaintaining a rolling 26-week cash flow forecastBanking relationships, credit facilities, debt and working capitalAnnual operating, capital and cash flow budgetsMaintaining a 3-year integrated financial modelInternal controls, approvals and financial governanceCost control,



margin analysis and profitability improvementDeveloping company and departmental KPIsSupporting the CEO with investments, pricing, capital expenditure and growth decisionsBuilding dashboards and introducing finance automation and AI toolsManaging and developing a small 2 + 1 finance teamIdentifying and managing government grants, subsidies and tax incentivesAbout You
