Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate servant leadership in all volunteer interactions
Coordinate volunteer schedules with care teams and chaplains
Recruit volunteers from local faith and community organizations
Orient and train volunteers on care standards and values
Plan events to recognize and retain volunteers
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Social Sciences or related field
At least two years in volunteer management
Valid First Aid Certificate for safety
Access to transportation between sites
Adherence to Baptist Housing's Statement of Faith
