Diagnose mechanical and electrical concernsPerform maintenance and mechanical repairsInspect and road-test vehiclesComplete repairs accurately and efficientlyUse diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle concernsFollow manufacturer repair proceduresWork closely with service advisors and fellow techniciansMaintain a high standard of workmanship while minimizing comebacksWhat We’re Looking For
Journeyperson Automotive Service Technician certificationStrong diagnostic and mechanical repair skillsAbility to work independently in a busy, high-volume shopPride in producing accurate, quality workPositive, team-oriented attitudeValid driver’s licenceFord or dealership experience is an asset.Compensation & Schedule
Up to $52/hour + bonusTechnicians regularly flag over 200 hours/monthMonday–Friday,
