About the Opportunity
Processing financial transactions relating to projects.
Reviewing and substantiating project budgets and claims and auditing documentation against funding rules.
Maintaining claims templates, data, dashboards, and processes.
Communicating with project participants.
Analyzes claims data for ad-hoc reporting.
Drives continuous improvement of processes/procedures with the goal of enhancing the overall efficiency of the claims process for all end-users.
Supports system/platform rollouts and changes.
Supports various Funding Agencies Advance and Reconciliation processes by:
Compiling supporting documentation for reconciliations.
Maintaining and providing documentation to corroborate spend.
Supports other financial reporting and analysis by:
Maintaining a strong financial and internal control workplace.
Other duties as assigned.
About You
2+ years of handling Financial Analysis duties.
Solid excel (vlookups, pivot tables minimum), solid analytical skills and critical thinking
Excellent communication skills
You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
Pay Range
$30- $32 per hour
