In this full-time role, you will oversee all aspects of Phase 1 through Phase 3 flight training under CFTS and FAcT contracts. Your focus will be on maintaining operational safety and compliance with DND and Transport Canada regulations. With strong leadership and quality management skills, you'll enhance the performance of instructors and training programs across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to flying and ground instructors daily
• Manage subcontracted Rotary Wing training quality
• Coordinate with fellow managers for effective service delivery




• Develop contingency plans for operational demands
• Analyze training data for program improvements
Requirements:
• Experience with DND training systems and military aviation
• Completed aviation management program or extensive flying operation management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid passport and prepared to travel in North America
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
