Homes by Avi Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to shape the sales direction of its multi-family business in Calgary.

You will lead a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Associates, setting strategy, pricing, forecasting and market execution in collaboration with development, marketing and senior leadership. Five+ years in new-home sales with multi-family experience preferred; solid coaching skills and a solid grasp of pricing, budgeting and market analysis are required.
