Responsibilities:

- Work part as a small team, providing an exceptional customer experience, and getting to know your customers and meet their bakery needs.
- Use proven sales techniques to see our fresh high quality product.
- Be responsible for merchandising product and executing marketing campaigns.
- Work alongside team member to keep the bakery clean, and assist with production as needed.
- Guide team to achieve sales goals ensuring the bakery is well merchandised and clean.
- Stock ordering, ensuring everything is organized and well maintained.
- Training new staff, prepare for new campaigns and work with management to ensure efficiency.

Skills Required:

- You are someone who takes pride in their work, positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
- You are reliable, self-motivated,



team player who is approachable and likes working with people.
- Relevant retail experience and experience in handling point of sale transactions is a strong asset.
- Minimum 1 year Supervisory Experience.

Physical Requirement:

- Continuous standing/walking for all tasks with constant use of both hands.
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 7.5kg, reaching below shoulder level, bending and turning.
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 22kg, pushing, pulling, crouching, bending and reaching above shoulder level.
- Starting wage is $20.00

Our hours are Sunday to Thursday 7:30am to 6:30pm; Friday and Saturday 7:30am to 8:30pm. Some adjustments during holidays. Priority to those with more open availability.
