We are looking for skilled clinicians dedicated to delivering short-term, solution-focused counseling within ComPsych’s Employee Assistance Program. This independent provider role emphasizes face-to-face interactions, helping individuals manage stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and more. Ideal candidates will have clinical experience and a commitment to client-centered approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide in-person EAP counseling sessions
• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
• Support clients with coping strategies and stabilization
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate with ComPsych for seamless care
Requirements:
• Master's degree or higher in behavioral health
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
• Professional accreditation or registration
• Active skilled liability insurance
• Recent resume or CV
