As an Adult Day Program Aide, your responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal care, planning engaging recreational activities, and conducting one-on-one interventions. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and health maintenance to residents
• Plan and implement life enrichment activities




• Assist residents during meals and activities
• Record outcomes on resident program flow sheets
• Ensure resident safety in all duties performed
Requirements:
• One year of experience in long-term care preferred
• Completion of Personal Care Aide Certificate or equivalent
• Post-secondary education is an asset
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Commitment to serving seniors with dignity and respect
