Extendicare is seeking a resident programs aide to develop and evaluate activity programs for residents in our long-term care homes. You will identify needs, plan and implement engaging activities, and support residents with participation while coordinating with care teams.
The role requires a Therapeutic Recreation or related degree, solid communication and documentation skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a Canadian care setting.
