Responsibilities

Day to day,



you'll be contributing to both the customer-facing and back-of-house operations at Tim Hortons. From greeting guests and handling orders to maintaining a clean, safe kitchen setting, these responsibilities keep the location running efficiently and ensure every customer has a positive experience.

- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables and take their orders accurately
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items; portion and wrap foods; package take-out orders
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware; sanitize and wash items by hand as needed
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs in the dining area; load buspans and trays
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars; receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
- Keep records of quantities of food used
- Handle and store cleaning products safely; remove kitchen garbage and trash
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a safe and presentable work environment
