I'm currently recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor for the evening shift for a growing food manufacturing company. You will play a key role in coordinating maintenance activities and supporting production operations throughout your shift. Mission Your Role : Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance interventions; Prioritize work according to production requirements; Lead, coach and support the maintenance team; Monitor breakdowns, downtime and maintenance activities; Coordinate work with production and other departments; Ensure the availability of parts and technical resources; Ensure compliance with safety,
quality and food safety standards; Participate in internal and external audits; Support the follow-up of non-conformities; Investigate recurring breakdowns and contribute to corrective actions; Participate in continuous improvement projects; Ensure effective communication between teams.
