Learn more!**Work Environment:*** This position is located in Lloydminster and requires the successful candidate to live in the area* This is a full-time employee position.**What you’ll do:*** Lead the safe and effective execution of Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance activities across the Upgrader Complex.* Maintain accountability for the safety of employees and contractors, as well as the reliable execution of preventative, corrective, and emergent maintenance activities.* Provide direct leadership, supervision, coaching, and performance management to Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance personnel.* Oversee the planning and execution of preventative, corrective, and emergent maintenance work to support secure, reliable, and efficient operations.* Drive maintenance performance and schedule attainment, with accountability for CM and PM compliance, workforce productivity (wrench time),



work order aging, Safety Critical Element (SCE) compliance and tracking, and contractor expenses.* Deliver safe work execution, reliable asset performance, maintenance schedule compliance, and continuous improvement through effective work management and team leadership.**Who you are:**Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:* Legally authorized to work in Canada* Journeyman and/or Interprovincial Red Seal certification in Instrumentation or Electrical required.* Diploma or certificate in Trades, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline is considered an asset.* Minimum 12+ years of oil and gas maintenance experience, with demonstrated experience in a complex operating environment.* Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably within a maintenance or industrial setting.* Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in SAP and maintenance management systems.We acknowledge the value of transferrable skills and may consider equivalent combinations of experience and education should you not meet a specific requirement.As this position has been identified as safety sensitive, employment of a final candidate selected for this position will be conditional upon successful completion of required pre-employment medical and alcohol/drug assessments.For this position you will be required to maintain a Class 5 driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and adhere to the appropriate Company policies and guidelines.
