Our client, a family-owned insurance brokerage, seeks a skilled Personal Lines Insurance Broker with a minimum of one year of experience. This permanent full-time position includes a competitive salary of $60,000 to $67,000, plus commission and bonuses. You will be the main point of contact for clients, delivering outstanding service and identifying new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a personal lines portfolio of approximately $1 million
• Process policy changes and renewals efficiently
• Negotiate coverage solutions with insurance carriers
• Provide exceptional customer service and identify sales opportunities
• Handle client inquiries regarding assigned accounts
Requirements:
• Valid AMF Personal Lines Damage Insurance License
• Minimum one year of experience in Personal Lines Insurance
• Strong negotiation and customer-focused skills
• Self-motivated and organized work ethic
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
