In this crucial role, you will help residents with personal care, mobility, and meal service while promoting a secure and welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Support mobility and safe transferring techniques
• Monitor nutrition and hydration during meal service




• Observe and report changes in resident health
• Maintain accurate care documentation and participate in planning
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized Resident Care Assistant Program
• Registration with the BC Care Aide Registry
• First Aid Level 1 certification
• High school diploma required
• Current Food Safe and WHMIS certifications
