In this hands-on role, you'll direct a close-knit team of motion designers, creating impactful 2D and 3D animations for diverse marketing projects. Your leadership will ensure that every creative vision aligns with our clients’ goals while fostering a cooperative studio environment. This position combines storyboarding, design, and client engagement seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire the motion design team creatively
• Create clear storyboards and polished styleframes
• Oversee 2D and 3D animation asset production




• Provide actionable feedback to team members
• Engage directly with clients for project insights

Requirements:
• 8+ years in motion design with 3+ years in leadership
• Strong knowledge of Cinema 4D and Adobe Suite
• Experience in creating refined styleframes and storyboards
• Familiarity with XParticles and Figma is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
