With at least five years in SAP functional and technical design, your expertise will guide multiple vendor contracts, ensuring high service quality. You will actively contribute to service improvements, manage SLAs, and represent the team in critical escalation situations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deploy effective service frameworks
• Manage vendor contracts and ensure service quality




• Create and maintain SLAs and OLA documentation
• Conduct internal and external meeting reviews
• Guide service delivery strategy and improvements

Requirements:
• 5+ years in SAP MM, PP, WM, and Variant Configuration
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S4 HANA
• Robust compliance with internal IS policies
• Proven skills in stakeholder management
• Ability to mentor and lead teams
