As the Engineering Manager, you will provide day-to-day engineering and business leadership across two core areas of the business: Land Development projects and Building Engineering projects, including data centre MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) services. Reporting directly to the SVP & Managing Director, Global Engineering Operations, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team made up of Team Leads, Engineers-in-Training (EITs), and Project Managers, ensuring the successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery of work across both departments.
As a licensed Skilled Engineer with a background in Electrical Engineering, you will provide technical oversight, review, and mentorship to your team, including the Mechanical Engineers who report to you, while acting as a primary point of contact for client escalations. You will also own your department's monthly P&L; and revenue forecasting, working closely with senior management to ensure the group consistently meets its financial targets.
