In this full time role, you will lead a maintenance team, focusing on equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems will ensure that critical manufacturing equipment remains safe and efficient. You will also support training initiatives, promote teamwork, and communicate effectively with production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical direction to maintenance technicians daily
• Monitor and prioritize repairs based on production and urgency
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues
• Drive preventative maintenance execution and condition monitoring
• Communicate shift updates and equipment concerns promptly
Requirements:
• 10+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
