As a key leader on the People, Culture and Talent team, you'll advance CIBC's Inclusion priorities while managing partnerships with external organizations. This position emphasizes strategic relationship development, leveraging community connections, and engaging in benchmarking and environmental scanning. Collaborate with internal teams and executives to ensure effective messaging and identify opportunities for community impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead external partnership strategy and execution for Inclusion goals
• Build and sustain relationships with key community and industry partners




• Monitor external trends and provide market insights
• Shape agendas and plans for leadership external engagements
• Evaluate partnership effectiveness and recommend adjustments

Requirements:
• Proven experience in external partnerships and stakeholder engagement
• Solid background in corporate affairs or community relations
• Ability to develop strategic recommendations for leaders
• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Passion for fostering inclusive environments and partnerships
