What You’ll Need High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Journeyperson Heavy-Duty Technician or Journeyperson Parts Person certification




Valid Class 5- Non GDL License and transparent 3-year Drivers Abstract
CSTS (Construction Safety Training Systems) and CSO/BSO certification
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
3+ years of verifiable leadership experience in preventative maintenance technician roles in an industrial/mining environment
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Commitment to safety and compliance with company and industry standards
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Ability to speak, write, and read English
Pre-employment/pre-access testing required (safety-sensitive position)
What Will Make You Stand Out Experience with Ceridian Dayforce and/or SAP
Relevant experience in Oilsands production, Mining, Civil Construction, and Heavy Equipment Operation
