As the Supervisor of Maintenance Planning, you will report directly to the Mine Maintenance Lead. Your responsibilities will include developing maintenance plans, building the CMMS, and mentoring planning teams. With over five years in mining or heavy industry maintenance, you will enhance operational efficiency through continuous improvement and collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and align CMMS for mine maintenance
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance plans
• Create long-term maintenance forecasts and schedules
• Manage work orders and maintenance tracking accurately
• Identify opportunities to reduce downtime and costs
Requirements:
• Degree in Mining or Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years maintenance planning experience
• Solid understanding of mining processes
• Experience with CMMS systems like SAP or Maximo
• Ability to adapt to current equipment and software
