Benevity is hiring a Senior Staff Developer for AI and Machine Learning. Hybrid from Calgary or Vancouver, this role anchors our GenAI strategy, spanning data ingestion, model deployment, and monitoring. You will lead cross-functional teams to design scalable ML systems and reusable AI primitives.
You will bridge research and production, shape the long-term AI roadmap, and elevate our MLOps practices with robust emphasis on reliability, observability, and governance.
