Nokia is seeking an experienced Principal Optical Engineer to own calibration, sustaining, and optical integration for high-speed coherent linecards. You will lead bring-up, manufacturing enablement, and performance sustainment across development, NPI, and production, partnering with DSP, hardware, firmware, test, and manufacturing teams.
You will mentor optical engineers, analyze complex data, and define scalable bring-up flows for lab to factory deployment, while staying current with industry
