Lycopodium Limited is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to support Lycopodium Americas in Mississauga, Ontario. You will report to the SVP Commercial and work with our General Counsel team in Australia on a range of contracts and compliance matters.
The role focuses on legal review, negotiation, and drafting of commercial agreements, and on providing strategic legal guidance across the company and its subsidiaries.
