In this onsite role located in Pasadena, CA, you will oversee the monthly closing process, manage accounts payable, and reconcile various financial accounts. Collaboration is key, as you'll interact with the head of operations, external CPA, as well as a team of scientists and engineers focused on cutting-edge equipment. Your accounting expertise will ensure that our financial data is reliable and precise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Run the monthly financial close accurately and timely
• Manage billing processes efficiently for complex projects




• Handle accounts payable and maintain precise records
• Reconcile bank, card, and payroll accounts diligently
• Collaborate with a team on financial analysis

Requirements:
• Several years of hands-on accounting experience
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Ramp, or similar tools
• Robust desire to contribute to quantum computing
• Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
• Experience in a startup or R&D; company preferred
