Role. Senior Consultant, Business Strategy.
Strategy at Jackman. Jackman’s strategy team specializes in defining breakthrough business and brand strategies to drive outsized consumer relevance and value creation. Working directly and collaboratively with the most senior leadership teams at our Engagement Partners, the strategy team plays a critical role in defining the future of businesses and the best path to get there, fast. The team is expert at generating actionable human insights, analyzing industry and company performance and dynamics, designing and conducting in-depth customer research, facilitating challenging and transformational conversations with business leaders, shaping compelling and relevant strategies and business models, having a lot of fun along the way.
What You’ll Do. You will play a vital and central role in every engagement by:
Helping our partners define their future– You will help uncover actionable insights to define meaningful offerings for customers and new opportunities for businesses.
Making that future a reality– Whether it’s creating comprehensive financial models to quantify what’s possible or standing up a brand-defining store, you will be critical in ensuring our partners’ long-term visions are fulfilled.

learnings, and hypotheses into concise and compelling narratives for a variety of audiences – front-line to senior leadership, market analysts and shareholders all the way to end-consumers.
Why We’re Excited About You. You’re Knowledgeable & Curious: You have at least 4 years of relevant work experience (e.g., in consulting, corporate strategy development, customer experience design)
You have a bachelor’s degree or an MBA with a business or quantitative focus
You have a strong interest in and love to learn about customer behaviour and its implications on business strategy
You have a strong intellectual curiosity about people and things – how they work and what else is possible
You’ve Got Skills: You have excellent analytical skills and are comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Your organizational skills are next level, but while you love the details, you are still able to see the big picture
You’re Able To: Lead quick paced workstreams from end-to-end
Synthesize large sets of data and surface meaningful insights
Collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
Find freedom in a blank page
Use a hypothesis-driven approach when tackling complex problems, uncovering solutions, and translating those solutions into tangible action plans




Use equal parts thinking and action in your work
Partner with senior leaders and executives to shape deliverables and recommendations
Work cross-functionally with other disciplines including Research, Brand Strategy, and Creative
Lead and mentor other junior members on the team
