Engage in active talent sourcing and onboarding processes, all while maintaining a high standard for hire quality. Your autonomy will allow you to implement cutting-edge solutions while collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment processes, from intake to hires
• Use AI to optimize talent acquisition workflows
• Oversee candidate experience from initial contact




• Manage job descriptions and internal career pathways
• Conduct exit interviews to identify and act on trends

Requirements:
• 5+ years in recruitment, 3+ in B2B SaaS
• Experience with technical and enterprise hiring
• Proven ATS administration skills, Workable preferred
• Knowledge of recruitment in Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec
• Strong organization and communication skills
