ARC’TERYX is seeking a Senior Patternmaker Grader in North Vancouver to support the transition of patterns from development to production. You will lead grading efforts, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with product creation teams and factories to maintain design integrity across calendars and categories.
You will oversee pattern maintenance, grading formulas, and documentation, while building relationships with Designers, Patternmakers, and suppliers.
