Join a strategic enterprise modernization initiative focused on replacing legacy market data and virtualization platforms with an internally managed Operational Data Store on Azure. This role will lead Agile delivery execution for the ZE/Denodo project, overseeing application modernization, data integrations, migration activities, and cross-functional delivery governance. The project is actively progressing through development with established architecture standards, stakeholder engagement, and accelerated delivery timelines tied to a targeted Denodo decommissioning. The position offers visibility across Trading, Risk, Finance, Analytics, Operations, and enterprise data strategy initiatives.
Must Haves 10+ years delivering enterprise software delivery or technology transformation initiatives
5+ years as an Agile Delivery Lead , Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, or Delivery Manager leading software development teams
Hands-on delivery leadership using Azure DevOps including Boards, Backlogs, User Stories, Dashboards, Reporting, and Release Tracking
Prior technical delivery experience in software development , systems integration, application delivery, or data engineering
Degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business, or related discipline
Nice to Have Skilled Scrum Master, Certified ScrumMaster, Project Management Professional, or comparable certification
Experience within energy, utilities, industrial operations, transportation, aviation, financial services, or regulated environments
Exposure to Azure platform, APIs, cloud and data platforms, DevOps, automated testing, and continuous integration and delivery
Experience with Jira, GitHub, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, or Microsoft Project




Responsibilities Lead Agile delivery execution for the ZE/Denodo project across sprint planning, backlog management, release planning, and milestone tracking
Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and dependency management activities
Review development estimates, technical plans, testing evidence, defect trends, and release readiness activities
Coordinate delivery activities across business, architecture, data, integration, infrastructure, operations, and vendor teams
Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, risks, issues, and dependencies
Present project status, delivery risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders
Plan implementation, migration, cutover, rollback, operational readiness, and post-launch support activities
