This senior role requires expertise in training solutions development for defense and paramilitary organizations. As the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will lead integrated training projects from conception to deployment. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with domain experts, conducting analyses, and providing leadership in training integration efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and develop comprehensive training solutions
• Collaborate with experts on customized training programs
• Lead capture teams on significant integration opportunities
• Ensure training solutions meet operational requirements
• Prepare solution reviews for technical and programmatic aspects
Requirements:
• 15+ years in industry or military service
• 10+ years in defense training program development
• Previous aircrew experience in Canadian Armed Forces or NATO
• Solid knowledge of training system development
• Ability to travel internationally up to 20%
