Job Description :
Our client is seeking an experienced IMIT Project Manager to lead the Information Management and Information Technology workstream of a major office development and relocation project in Metro Vancouver. The successful candidate will manage technology-related activities required to achieve operational readiness, including infrastructure, networking, telecommunications, audiovisual systems, printing, end-user technology, vendors, technology move activities, cutover, transition and post-occupancy stabilization. This is a hands-on project management role requiring strong coordination across technology teams, facilities, workplace services, vendors, consultants and business stakeholders.

Must Have Primary Skills :

8+ years in IT / IMIT / Technology Project Management

Strong experience managing complex IT infrastructure and workplace technology projects

Hands-on experience with networking, telecommunications, audiovisual systems and end-user technology

Experience with office relocation, technology moves, occupancy readiness or new-facility technology implementation

Strong operational readiness, cutover, transition, go-live and stabilization experience

Proven vendor coordination, procurement, scheduling,



risk and dependency management

Strong project governance, reporting and executive stakeholder communication skills

Experience coordinating across IT, facilities, workplace services, vendors and business stakeholders

Ability to work in a hybrid model, including regular attendance at the Metro Vancouver project site
