GrizzlyTrek is seeking a skilled B Pressure Welder for generator installations in Rankin Inlet, Nunavut on a rewarding fly-in fly-out basis. Enjoy competitive pay, housing provisions, and a per diem for meals.
This role requires qualified welders with a B Pressure ticket involved in generator installs. Candidates will work a 3/1 rotation, completing 12-hour shifts while ensuring adherence to welding standards and procedures. Experience working with pipefitters and achieving scheduled installations is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Weld pressure piping according to provided specifications
• Fit, tack, and weld components to maintain quality standards
• Prep and clean work joints for seamless operations
• Collaborate with tradespeople to ensure timely installations
• Support safety procedures and inspection of completed work
Requirements:
• Valid B Pressure and Journeyman tickets
• Experience with Fall Pro/AWP
• Availability for 12-hour shifts on a 3/1 rotation
• Ability to start ASAP to mid October
• Completion of site orientations as required
