About the Opportunity
We're seeking a senior program management professional to lead complex, high-visibility transformation initiatives within a large-scale healthcare organization. This role will have a strong focus on enterprise technology and SAP transformation, including S/4HANA initiatives spanning areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, ERP and enterprise integrations.

You’ll work across business, technology, finance, operations, vendors and senior leadership to turn strategic priorities into executable programs. This is a senior individual contributor opportunity for someone who can enter a complex environment, establish direction quickly and confidently lead programs with significant executive visibility.

You’ll contribute to major enterprise transformation programs while working alongside experienced technology, business and PMO leaders. You’ll have the autonomy to shape delivery, strengthen governance and introduce process improvements or automation that help teams work more effectively.

Your Responsibilities

Youll lead large-scale SAP, S/4HANA, ERP and enterprise transformation programs from planning through execution and value realization.

Youll translate strategic objectives into integrated plans covering scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, financials and success measures.

Youll establish program governance and confidently present progress, risks, financials, tradeoffs and recommendations to senior executives.

Youll coordinate technical and functional teams across SAP, Supply Chain, Finance, integrations and broader enterprise technology workstreams.

Youll manage program risks, dependencies, vendors and financial controls while maintaining momentum in an evolving environment.





Youll identify opportunities to improve delivery through automation, dashboards, reporting enhancements and process improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

812+ years of progressive program management, transformation, technology delivery or management consulting experience.

Proven experience owning large, complex enterprise transformation programs with significant executive visibility.

Strong SAP or ERP transformation experience, ideally involving S/4HANA, SAP Supply Chain, SAP Finance, migrations or implementations.

Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing decisions in matrixed organizations.

Demonstrated experience managing program financials, risks, governance, vendors and cross-functional dependencies.

Technical or functional experience that enables you to effectively lead technology teams without needing to be a hands‑on technical specialist.

PMP, Agile/Scrum, SAFe or Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset. Experience with automation, Power BI, workflow/reporting improvements or Planview is also valuable.
