As the Director of Health and Safety at Amrize, you will leverage your expertise to develop and implement comprehensive safety programs across the organization. Your role involves ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a cooperative environment for operational leaders. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of North American safety regulations and a proven track record of minimizing risks across diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement Health & Safety Management Systems
• Collaborate with leaders to promote safety accountability




• Analyze safety trends and KPIs for improvement opportunities
• Report H&S; performance and provide recommendations
• Oversee compliance with safety legislation and best practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's preferred
• 10-15 years in Health & Safety, 5 years in leadership
• Experience in cement, aggregates, or construction
• Knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, ISO 45001
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
