FacilityOS is seeking a results-driven Customer Growth Marketing Manager to own customer expansion and advocacy programs. You will build scalable campaigns to increase adoption, drive cross-sell and upsell, and turn outcomes into market-facing proof.
You’ll collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Content, Design, and Product to identify high-potential cohorts, craft journeys, and ensure effective routing of responses.
