Vaco by Highspring is hiring a Manager for Internal Audit and Financial Controls, seeking a qualified with CPA or CIA designation. This role focuses on enhancing the ICFR program and includes responsibilities such as developing documentation and managing internal audit engagements. You will be integral to ensuring compliance with NI 52-109 CEO/CFO certification requirements and collaborating with Finance leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the ICFR program per NI 52-109 standards
• Develop and maintain ICFR documentation and execute control tests




• Partner with Finance for effective financial reporting controls
• Manage end-to-end internal audit engagements
• Coordinate with external auditors on documentation and testing

Requirements:
• CPA designation required; CIA considered a plus
• 5+ years in Internal Audit or financial controls
• Strong knowledge of NI 52-109 and COSO frameworks
• Proven experience in control testing methodologies
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
