The City of Windsor seeks a Legal Counsel (Real Estate) to provide legal services with emphasis on real estate and corporate/commercial law. You will represent the City in transactions, draft key documents, and advise Council and Administration on complex matters.
Qualified candidates hold a JD/LLB, be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, and bring robust research, negotiation and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and Westlaw.
