Reporting to the Global Head of Structuring, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing fund structures for dedicated managed account clients. Your responsibilities will involve drafting and negotiating a variety of fund documentation, such as investment management agreements and service provider contracts, while managing client relationships and collaborating with internal teams like risk and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead structuring efforts with large, sophisticated investors
• Develop and maintain legal structures across jurisdictions
• Draft and negotiate comprehensive client agreements
• Prepare and review detailed offering materials
• Engage in client presentations and discussions
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent degree required
• Minimum 5 years' experience in investment funds law
• Proven track record in drafting and negotiating agreements
• Robust understanding of securities regulations
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
